Bayerns senior management are struggling to attract candidates. I would also say Bayern have never been afraid to hire young managers with potential. This, though would be a big surprise for me.

Seems to be on the cards he's off. Couldn't care less if he's ready or not. As far as I'm concerned we spent £100 on mediocrity, awful game plans, bad decisions on team selection.

I would have laughed at VK coming to Burnley but going to Bayern? He's not ready.
The risk of taking the job is high. If he were to fail it could ruin his career, therefore I feel that he would decline. Also, he has a point to prove with Burnley as a long term project and if he ultimately succeeds with that then it could put him in line for his potentially intended goal, i.e. Man City. There will be many suitors wooing him in the months and years to come.
No chance he's going, I genuinely believe he will stand by the long term project he & Pace started the journey with. It would just be extremely uncharacteristic of him to leave now.

I would love for VK to stay and continue working on the project at Burnley. No one could blame him for going to Bayern though if they actually offer him the job? I'd imagine he'd reject Brighton to finish what he started at Burnley, but if Bayern come knocking I could definitely see him leave.

Let Bayern pay £20 mill for Kompany, offer Potter £100k per week and a £10mil bonus on immediate promotion. He won’t get a better, easier contract than that. He’d get us promoted easy with this squad

This just proves that these so called “top” managers such as pep need to have millions in the bank to be successful. You put a manager like pep at Burnley and he struggles...yes it would be a tough task for any manager but if they are that good they would be able to get the most out of their players. In my opinion VKs man management and tactics are poor, they’ve been extremely ineffective this year and it’s shown…one of the worst seasons I’ve ever watched as a Burnley fan.
