This is garbage. Zodiac MilPro inflatables have sufficient stern drains to empty the boat quickly without flipping the boat. They are practicing ins case the boat capsizes, that's all.
That was to recover someone that is potentially incapacitated or not strong enough to pull themselves from the water. A paddleboard is one of the few tools that are invaluable to lifeguards.
