I LEARN so much here. I tried a TikTok video recipe once. It had millions of views who promised it was delicious, but it was absurd and decrepit - and tossed.
There's no learning there. Just clicks.
Here, I come as my master class on chef prepared meals and recipes, but it's the man, his verve, his joie de vivre his real genius his experience and his expertise that call me back again and again, and each time at the end I'm so inspired! To just cook, and make others feel that same joy he just shared with me. I should be paying for these, I think, every video.
We love this dear man, and are grateful that he has shared himself with the world. So much to give that it overflows from his very soul, I'm not joking.❤️

I don't like the videos of people where all you see are hands and there isn't any talking about the recipe or they play music and don't say anything. Some people may know how to cook good but teaching how to cook good is different than just doing it! Thanks for the videos, Chef! I think you communicate how to prepare the recipe very well!

I lose my confidence when cooking for other people, except my closest friends who I make cook with me. 😇 This holiday feast lesson to do the day before is invaluable, and puts me in a festive fun mood. It's elegant too. A phenomenal feast, come over.

Hi I'm a long time subscriber and I love your channel. I even watch it just to watch you cook. This episode with full Beef Tenderloin meal is interesting. Especially with the concept of doing things in advance. Can I request a more indepth meal planning guide. For example if you have roast in the oven that cooks at a soecific temp and you want to add other oven dishes, when do you put each thing in the oven and how do you modulate the temp. Today I'm haviing a tenderloin I really want to reduce my stress by making everything come to the plate at the right temp and on time. Just an idea and thank you for what you do. PS camera work and editing is excellent as well. regards Dan

Some people are always in a hurry. Sit back, sip your coffee, and relax. As the video explains the recipe, more info is good. Plus Chef Jean-Pierre is quite amazing.

My time is valuable, which is why I choose to spend it on your videos. I have learned SO MUCH with the time I've taken watching videos on your channel! For every recipe, your technique has taught me so much more. I already loved coming, but my skills have improved immensely since I started watching.

What a mix of flavors, what beautiful cooking and beautiful presentation too. I really like all these explanations and seeing him do it. Especially no shorter videos. I too, like many others, have a great time every time and sometimes I don't even hesitate to go back and review certain points twice.

LOL, still the best cooking show on TV! Always so much fun to watch Chef J.P. in action. And such a great recipe. I can't say that I've ever tried to completely replicate one of Chef's meals, but I've incorporated many of his techniques, and I've improved my cooking immensely. So thanks, Chef! And don't worry about the length of your videos - there's no rush - cooking takes as much time as it takes. And I get so tired of TV chefs who show us how to start making a dish, and then all of a sudden it's done, without the kind of details that you, J.P. include in every video. Well done, as always!

I've struggled to keep up with cooking along in real time.
If he can do it, I can do it!
It's the only time I was happy to have advertisement give me time to catch up.

What make these videos so valuable is how long it takes to prepare and cook and explain, and I wouldn’t change anything about it. The longer the video, the better it is. Thank you chef, great job.
