After following along I’m able to cook everything you show and it always turns out delicious and presentable. You are a a wonderful teacher. Just watching you makes us feel better. Happy new year.
I like the real time videos that show all the steps. I have struggled with other youtubers because they cut out so many things to shorten the videos. Hi I'm a long time subscriber and I love your channel. I even watch it just to watch you cook. This episode with full Beef Tenderloin meal is interesting. Especially with the concept of doing things in advance. Can I request a more indepth meal planning guide. For example if you have roast in the oven that cooks at a soecific temp and you want to add other oven dishes, when do you put each thing in the oven and how do you modulate the temp. Today I'm haviing a tenderloin I really want to reduce my stress by making everything come to the plate at the right temp and on time. Just an idea and thank you for what you do. PS camera work and editing is excellent as well. regards Dan

And I get so tired of TV chefs who show us how to start making a dish, and then all of a sudden it's done, without the kind of details that you, J.P. include in every video. Well done, as always!
I've struggled to keep up with cooking along in real time.
If he can do it, I can do it!
It's the only time I was happy to have advertisement give me time to catch up.
What make these videos so valuable is how long it takes to prepare and cook and explain, and I wouldn’t change anything about it. The longer the video, the better it is. Thank you chef, great job.
I love that you're so passionate about the process, that means a lot to me! 🙏❤️
20:56 - TIC TAC TOC !!! Priceless , on the spot , genuine CHEF 🧑🍳 PIERRE ! 👍🏻💪🏻
Your videos are perfect, longer is better because its like we are with you and doing it together, and just watching how it develops is key to really understanding...CHEF John Pierre is the absolute best !
