    Hi Aubrey, why not take a video at the 9/11 memorial in nyc. You are in a city with such tragic history, yet beauty. We must never forget, I would love to watch and could be something a bit different from the mundane - although I love that too!

    hey, aubrey! haven't watched in a little but i did have a couple of tips for weightloss that has helped me.
    1) apple cider vinegar tablets
    have them before or after a meal (three a day)
    or have it with lemon and water,
    2) you can calculate how much water to drink - divide your weight by half and drink that in ounces (convert it to liters if that's easier, absolute game changer)
    3) your smoothies look so good but you can add more through supplement mixes like a lucuma mix or wheat grass mix, greens mix whatever you can find at wholefoods (i'll update this with specific ones later)
    4) eat out/order in only twice a week (that one is tough but it helps i usually do once at the start and once on a weekend) and or save calories for drinking by eating meals cooked at home
    5) don't avoid carbs and other alternatives if you feel bloated get checked for gluten intolerance, nightshades, and also your thyroid they can make you bloat like a bitch or try eating under the "low glycemic diet" research before because it takes adjusting.
    6) always change your meals, stagnant recipes can cause plateau (been there done it)
    for workouts that have helped me
    anything by train like a ballerina (or any ballet workout the pounds will drop!!)
    pilates both core and lower body (a friend lost 40lbs, doing that, tennis and running and she's had a baby now and still looks the same post birth)
    walk for two hours a day as and when you can
    food wise: don't avoid carbs but see bloating tip, always get artisan pastas they are better quality and aren't as heavy or get the gluten free equiv if there's a sensitivity, smoothies are fine just do veggies at the bottom, fruit at the top with a seed or super food mix and yogurt or milk of choice, fish, lean meats and for desserts hu chocloate is perfect or the yogurt bars you mentioned!!
    Also one thing that is so good intermittent fasting i use the fastic app as well as my fitness pal to track weight, water and all the related measurements i deem important. hope this helps!
