Crazy story today Lucy Plays. I took this idea and built it at another location from your other video at White springs with the bicycle by the creek.
Two level 2000 girls from the UK come by and immediately knew it was one of your builds and gave me some tips and building supplies. Very cool interaction

Literally built a better camp then I ever have and it’s smaller. I overcomplicate everything. I will be using this design as a mobile camp per say, anytime I need to move to an area for a resource point this will be my go to so thank you for showing us how to make this

The little loft area is brilliant! I soooo wish we could place the stairs off to the sides of the floor tiles, instead of smack dab in the middle, (like in Fallout 4), though. Cheers!
I ended up creating & blueprinting one of these while I was messing around at a workshop, (used brick & barn pieces, as I don't have the contemporary set). It's a very aesthetically pleasing design! I'd love to see if you have a version with all the crafting stations inside. Thanks again!
When I've built it to use as a camp, I usually put a row of foundations along the side and put my work benches there.

I love this I can build a couple for crafting cooking and bed and my display it's so cute and gives it more to decorate.
Plus u could connect them with one foundation.
I don’t care what anyone says. Be it as broken as the engine is, Fallout 4/76 have the best building I’ve seen in a game next to The Sims

@@suburbanwhitedad7338 Don’t know about that. I was building a normal camp, made some stairs and I couldn’t delete them.
These are lovely. I've had in mind to try something like this for a while. I might give it a go. It's definitely sparked some ideas. For instance offsetting the foundation the stairs are snapped to so they're offset. I wonder what the result would be while blueprinting. 🤔
By the by, you can tuck stuff away under the stairs. Usually I can get it to behave by just blueprinting the object and placing it down. But stairs are also ridiculously temperamental. When that happens I place down a floor mat then the item a little ways away, blueprint, and you should be able to squeeze it in real nice. It's tricky in small spaces but can be done with patience and some choice words.

It’s small and cute 🏠 house! I love it because I can learn how to build up .
There's a nifty trick you can do with the silent vault tech generator. If you set it up so you have a conduit connection and a conduit power radiator on top of the gen and then merge them down into one another you have wireless power AND THEN! you merge that into something like a cabinet so you hide the generator and for a small build like this you are sorted. (I had fun making a video about that)
Not sure any furniture was big enough to hide a generator but it's a great idea, and I'm planning some more tiny houses in the new year so will definitely give it a go.
@@LucyJanePlays I’ve found it hides best in cabinets, the jukebox and under a few of the tables.....oh and the fridge.

Question - can you change the floor of the stairs that are slotted off to one side?

Answer... I'm sorry I don't understand the question. You can change the pattern of any floor piece insitu by using the replace option
@Q2525 if you press X on Xbox you get the options scrap, store or replace. If you select replace you can cycle through all your floor skins and types, same for walls

It is annoying why they make the roof (flat) *like the Vanilla roofs the curve joins in the bundle are ok but there should be a (flat selection of roof) i have not got the Bundle so i am unsure if there is.
The alt roof bundle has the same pieces... I would like a valley piece, an inside out corner

Level 135 and I have finally learned how to build a sloped roof thanks to this video.
I don't watch video game related UA-cam videos because they tend to be cringe and a sensory overload. I like that your videos are calm and cozy. I have learned a lot.

That’s not a ladder, it’s a staircase. Those are not the same thing.
There are no vertical ladders in the game, all the staircases are ladders. Just because Bethesda say it's a staircase doesn't mean it is one 🤣
For the pillars have you tried it without auto snap?
You can stack pillars again but you can't free place them
@@LucyJanePlays I see, that stinks, I was thinking of making a small village and I am definitely going to use this for some of the houses. If you ever are interested I have a bunker I made and am always proud to show off. But either way love the vids keep up the stellar content
