I took the ČD Railjet in July from Vienna to Prague. I really liked this train. Even the economy seats were excellent. Plus, the dining car was great value (Once in the Czech Republic). It's a shame your journey was disrupted 😕
Lovely Škoda EMU in Děčín (10:51) as well. I also noticed the RegioJet train in Ústi nad Labem. And yes, I do have a Czech keyboard layout for some reason lol
Thank you for this video! It‘s always enjoyable to see my „home station“ Berlin Hbf 😁 And as I‘ve never tried a RailJet before it was a great pleasure to ride with you an this train 🙂
I didn't take a Railjet but I did take the Eurocity from Prague to Berlin, and I also had problems. It was a mostly smooth ride until we got into Germany. First, we were stopped at a station for 45 minutes because of drunks on the tracks ahead of us. Then, when we were 45 minutes outside of Berlin, our train broke down, so we had to get all of our stuff and get on an already packed ICE train that came to pick us up. Still I enjoyed the trip and would gladly do it again if given the chance, if I ever go back to Europe.
Hello! I recently saw your latvian railway video and wanted to let you know that latvian state railways have rebranded to "ViVi" and the new Škoda 16ev's entered use last friday! I would love to see a video on the Rīga-Jelgava line on the new train! ❤
I took the train in August from Vienna to Budapest, and that train broke down at the Hungarian border station and we were stuck for an hour and a half sweating with no air con. It was like 35 degrees celsius. It was pretty much hell.
No way i've been on the same train as you. And i didnt even know it 😂. I joined the journey in Pardubice and i have even foto. But in the time i was there you weren't on board. But still what chance
They are really similar, but I think the Austrian railjet have more seats in the first class. I mean they have 2x first class cars unlike Czech railjet which have only 1.
@Danielzzi But you expect freeting in winter, we are walking in t-shirts for 3/4 of the year and then when there is one week with negative temperature, everyone is shocked. 😀

Czech long distance trains are great! This was my first big delay with them and even then it wasn't too bad :D
Dresden Neustadt staves uden 'ü'. Men ellers en udmærket reportage. Keep on rolling, som vi siger i Sønderjylland.
Argh for hulen en smutter, men tak for de fine ord 😀

Fantastic ride through the snow, despite the delay, it looks like a very reliable train, very attractive begin and end of the line. 👍
It's a great train! Pretty good to have the issue solved fairly quickly too
Great video!

I hope to be back in Latvia and the rest of the baltics in 2024 😊
Please do make a video on the Berlin station in its entirety ❤❤❤ next time.
I want that train at 11:00! It'd look great in my living room!
That's a Skoda 7Ev RegioPanter EMU. Very interesting train indeed.
@@johannessamuelsson6578 the little shunter thing?
@@markvogel5872 I didn't see that one
love your videos and how you show the journey. 4:50 its writen Neustadt :)
thank you!
Considering the very comfy seat in business class and travelled distance, I think this is pretty good value for money. Nice video!
I agree! Thanks for watching
Are you planning to make a video about Prague to Linz someday? Thanks
Possibly, I got 2 trips though Czechia in the pipeline for this year :-)

Poor you❤

I thought the delay would be much worse after reading your BROKEN DOWN title.
12:08 You REALLLY messed up delay
Ah yeah something went wrong there oops!
I was like… “I swear the station wasn’t called Dealy” 😂 Great vid regardless. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Another great video. It looked like the seat was mis-aligned with the window. Is this common?
Only in business class, the rest of the train seemed to have a better layout
Was the ride as smooth as it looks?
Yes Railjet are very smooth
Thanks for yet another nice and informative video. This Czech railjet looks very similar to the Austrian railjet. Are they equal?
They are really similar, but I think the Austrian railjet have more seats in the first class. I mean they have 2x first class cars unlike Czech railjet which have only 1.
The Czech RailJets have a much better onboard restaurant and a bit more confortable seats, otherwise pretty much the same
Very similar, business class and first class take up 2 carriges on the Austrian version as well as the dining car being slighly different
Czech trains don't work when it's too cold or too hot, you was supposed to know that.
Same in Poland 😂

Yikes. The new czech annoucements sound really annoying. Anyway, great video!
Are you Swedish?
Danish, if he was Swedish it would be Andersson :)
Close Danish!
