- An old video a Follower requested,
My 1998 Honda Hornet 600 - Aka BumbleBee,
True Fact, ive owned the Hornet 250, 600 and 919. All great bikes!
Who is AridersLife?? - My Names Peter, Im just a guy who loves motorcycles, this channel is all about bikes i ride, film, test, review, fix and discuss. I do not represent a business or organisation but an ideology that everyone needs a bike in their life!. Thank you for reading this family friendly message :-) - Авто та транспорт
only og's remember ariders life rev banging this thing inside the city instead of using his horn lmao
Good times.
I hoped this to be such a video. I remember watching one of those years ago. It felt quite liberating to hear the engine rev up whilst riding. It sounded so good.
Thanks for taking us back in time Peter!
The old Hornet videos legitimately where the catalyst for my love of motorcycles, I'm 30 now but I must have been a teen when you first put them out. "Why I ride motorcycles (sic)" was one of my favourites... You were absolutely spot on Pete, there's no better way to clear your head than getting out on two wheels. Love from Northern Ireland.
I remember this old video, I truly loved the nice audio quality and visually was also staggering at its time. Later on I ended up buying a 2002 Hornet 600, so it's quite a revival of some fond memories. Thx Peter for re-uploading it.
Most welcome :-)
Man its because of your videos on the hornet that I bought one and Ive now owned it for 9 years put over 40K miles on it. Great bikes
thanks bud, thats great to hear, yeah alot of people liked my older hornet videos.
Never thought I would ever see this video ever again
This is from the glory days of motovlogging
You are freaking legend for me dude
Hahah thanks man, I miss the old yellow hornet. I’d love another
That idle is so good, its literally purring.
I agree, that engine had a really nice growl to it
Hell yes ! LONG LIVE THE 👑 QUEEN 👑 thanks for resurrecting this dude! Love this one
Hahaha, u welcome
ahhhhh, just got new transmission for my 2001 hornet 600, going to be putting it in today and cant wait to get riding, summers almost around the corner!
I missed summer waiting for my exhaust from Italy. 9 weeks and still not here.
Ok , now i want one. Even tho i had much faster bikes , this thing is old school & awsome !
Yeah I regret selling it
Ah man I'm so happy to see this video back 😁 Sounded good !
Speaking about memories, I remember an MT07 review you put up and the day you let those kids ride the 50cc four stroke. Super good memories those ones.
Yeah I have that mt07 video somewhere. I'll make more uploads of those old ones soon enough.
beautiful motorcycle. engine sounds similar
Thankyou
❤️❤️❤️
Still considering a Hornet 250 when I can afford haha
I had one. Great bike
YES!!!!!!!!!!! thank you.
Was it whistling the North Melbourne theme song, looks & sounds awesome m8 : )
Pure nostalgia right there Pete i wonder where this actual bike is now
Long story behind it lol. I'll explain it soon
Love HH, have also but 2006 model, engine sounds similar
Nice one Pete! All those memories came rushing back! Are we going to be treated to a little more nostalgia maybe?? That was the Hornet you were riding when you pulled a wheelie and the coos were behind you right? Great to see and hear it again 👍 ❤️🇬🇧
haha yeah it might be, i cant remember if it was the 600 or the 919.
Brooo I was looking for this video for a while! notice you disappeared, hope all is good!
More to come!
Should post the wheelie vid when you got busted on the 919
Oh yeah, that one was gold !🥇The videos with that old GSXR that always broke down were quiet sad, what a sausage 🤣
@@floflospeed24 that GSXR lol, i remember that. poor bike just wanted to die every time haha
That wheelie video has got to be like 10 years old. ill have to dig it out. ive got a few of them i got busted for doing wheelies for.
@@AridersLifeYT if my memory serves correctly wasn't the GSXR turned into a stunt bike . But that laugh you had after the wheelie was priceless . I thought you only got busted once on 919 and once on the 400sm?
@@jaydenperko7591 once on the 919 and about 3 times on the drz. i think i have 2 or 3 videos in total.
the gsxr ended up doing a transmission, so i sold it.
