I think Sydney gave away the dish because she didn't want the food to go to waste, not to go behind Carmy's back, but you make a great point about it possibly causing trouble in the future if someone comes in and asks for it.

Yeah I (Sheim) don’t feel like she did this maliciously. At first I thought it was just to go behind Carmy’s back but Sydney isn’t like that.
