How To Fix Your Nitrado DAYZ Xbox One PS4 Private Server (Restart, Restore, Support, Reset)

- Every now and again there's a chance your Nirado Private Server for DAYZ might crash, freeze or just not work. If that's the case you should at first just re-start it, then check the social media accounts of Nitrado, DAYZ, Xbox & Playstation, to make sure there's not an external problem out of your control. Then consider restoring a backup, then contacting Nitrado support directly.

I have done all of this but my server will not start all it says is restarting then comes up with force shut down how do I fix that I have Don a reinstall and it still will not boot up??

well mine was working this morning when i woke up, been playing around with files today now its not working, tried a restore backup to this morning because it was working then and its still not working, what have i done if the restore backup to a point in time when it was working, still does not work?

Its been missing loot from our base, we checked the log and no one has entered
or raided the base.
Nitrado asked us to backup and restart, it didnt work. Then he asked us to wipe the server and install again...still missing servers loot from bases, we dunno what to do, weve already checked our files if there is some mistake and its still not working. Can u help us please??

Hey I mainly play use my server on chernarus but I wanted to (trial & error) edit the xml files in Enoch but I already have my Enoch character and a base. I want to reinstall/restore my server to default so I can mess about with xml's and learn things i can do on my own. But I'm pretty certain (even though in private servers each map has it's own character unlike official servers) that if I stop, switch maps, reinstall: it will also wipe my chernarus map. Is this the case? Is there a way around it?

Got u a question bro how do you get the original files back I deleted them reinstalled them and everything is slow and keeps rendering in and out for say I look at a house I look behind me there’s a bridge everywhere I look keeps rendering in and out can I please help me

I cannot view the Dashboard on the web interface. It is in a small window at the bottom of the screen. I cannot maximize or make the screen any bigger.

I have a stopping and restarting loop. Takes forever to stop, it stops, I restart the server, server starts for 30 secs then stops itself again. Repeat
we are having the same issue right now even when we stop the server it restarts itself and starts the loop again
Great video! This helped with the automated settings. My issue is that I am stuck in 'Restarting' mode. I have stopped it, but it won't get past the Restarting message.

Try a restart.
If I build something on a server, then change servers will my build be erased. Or can I return to that server and go back to the build?
Whatever you build will stay for certain time, as long as you tag up on it every few weeks it will stay in that server. Such as crates, walls, gates, or barrels.

idk if you check comments but ive been having a problem with dayz ive been playing on a server then suddenly its like the server vanished my friends can still play on it but i cant join off them, im not banned from the server and havent been able to figure out the issue
I've heard this a few times. Try restarting your router. Often it's an ISP problem that gets sorted in a couple of days.
I cant get the server password to actually make my server PRIVATE but it never ask for a password when joining. Any help or this this a waste of money and getting a refund

My guns arnt spawning in with mags and zombies are spawning in when they shouldnt be. This all happened when i tried adding the SVAL. Ive looked and there are no errors in the code

It means it isn't a valid file (extension) [e.g. there is no ".xml" on the file].

Drxzzly there dosent need to be you go through nitrado and then pick your server off the community servers in server menue

Double A Transport LLC i had to change my server location i guess the tower i was using was fool so i switched to the one that had less ping from me and it works like a dream now

yea ive had a huge slam today , ive been running my server for months everything fine , boom yesterday everyone is just lagged out i didnt change a thing

I can sometimes log in and sometimes I can't and when I can I can't drink,eat,kill zombies, or pick shit up... I'm so tired of this shit im just trying to play my buddies private server... I can play on community servers flawlessly but when it comes to that private server its fuck me...

Play on official servers. Nitrado servers are a joke. And its not just the lag, the game looks better on official servers...
Get better wifi
