so nice to learn from, very interesting and smart simplicity taken to a large scale but still gives me anxiety thinking about the build process, it's a pretty wild venture, congrats.
"838 metres" ...nope, the Burj Khalifa is 828m tall (829.8 to tip) - but he misread the number (did they even credit skyscraperpage diagram?) and also they don't have time to memorize all the heights - still, a comparison with all the upcoming and topped out/built mostly chinese giants other than ST would have been interesting, but diminishing the own works... like 432 Park Avenue with NYCs highest "roof" (which is a parapet) and highest occupied floor @392m - second to 442m high Willis towers 413m high occupied floor
+AnixCo1990 pardon, i changed it accordingly: i intended to write "NYCs", not the US of course; yes, the now Willis named tower (i also call it Sears) has still the highest roof in the US since 1974
I agree. These towers are just death traps waiting. And for what, just to see who's better? The only thing I really like about these tall skyscrapers are the ability to look and say "We could do that!" But just because you can doesn't mean you should.
this presentation keeps getting better and better, they're really speaking engineering.

Very nice presentation of such historical building
very interesting talk! thank you so much for sharing! 😃
Good presentation for a Great collaboration. Very interesting
Amazing
Very interesting, thanks a lot!
Thank you so much. I would like to say I think wind power can be problem with engineering this tower.

I'm almost certain that the sears tower still has the highest roof in North America

Very informative and interesting.

i think its really futuristic. and why deathtraps, could you explain that?
it has 681 rooms
the spire is 300 meters .
Yah, it's a cheating way to get tallest building in the world .
Masha allah
I lavori sono stati interrotti a quanto pare 🧐🧐🧐
mashaallah !!
Such a reckless design. Now it proves to be unsuitable for any height race alterations.
so theres nothing at all in the spire? i haven't watch the full video yet but that seems like a waste of money. saudis gonna saudi
Unnbielivable
