We are an Independent Soverign nation and we will manage our currency as we deem fit in our own nations interest.
For a moment even if we assume that RBI is somewhat controlling exchange rate of INR, that doesn't mean that US, the largest currency manipulator in the world and its financial arm IMF have any right right to lecture a country on how it's gonna decide its exchange rate in the first place. If they keep acting so arrogantly, they will only incentivise others to speed up the process of dedollarisation. Like it or not but R5 is the future of global trade and commerce. 🇧🇷🇷🇺🇮🇳🇨🇳🇿🇦

Central Bank interventions in forex market is valid because it is also a market participant. Hence RBI's management of the exchange rate vis-a-vis the dollar is a natural market phenomenon.
Least common and not appreciated because it discourse foreign investments.... As said by adam Smith market has an invisible hand . The state should act only to maintain a virtuous cycle of economy ....
Dedollarisation is the only solution for America's arrogance.
Several countries are accepting India's UPI for money transfer, and soon, Rupee will replace the dollar, too, as its demand is increasing.

Yes the variation shouldn't be taken for a shorter period . The IMF should put a rider of duration to make a study .
