Currently watching the video but one little mental trick I do to maintain frame that has worked really well for me and my associates is this; imagine you are a 100 year old person in your present body. In this way frame battles, little or small, don't have any affect on you because in comparison everyone else seems like a child who's opinion doesn't matter. Now obviously this doesn't mean that I don't learn and respect other people's opinions, but if someone tries to negatively effect my frame then I just instantly view them as a child, and in that way they have no power over my own frame
