One more important thing is to take enough break and take baby steps. I study 5 days a week and always take 2 take breaks, these 2 days help me to recharge and motivate. Don't push yourself too much otherwise you will feel exhausted.
The second advice i got, make a schedule and plan a time table so you don't have to waste time on thinking what to study. Pre planning of study is very important.
And third, try your schedule 1 month or week, check if there need to have changes and then apply those changes.
Motivation is a feeling that comes and goes but if you plan accordingly you will see the positive result.

I always used to sleep whenever I even touch books, but after watching this video
I now realized it's not too late to start over and finish my preparation for JEE and CBSE 2022

Even I didn't believe it but yes i will do it daily... I am keeping a goal to study for 12-14 hours a day even if I have classes or coaching. I didn't sleep the whole night because of the thought to make me better...
