I LIVE IN HUALIEN and the cover photo of this vid has been photoshopped. only a few buildings have been badly damaged in the whole county, death count now around 8, and most of them were hikers in the rugged mountains. No half a city is destroyed here. The creator of this vid is a LIAR.

At least all the footage appears to be from the 4/3 quake. Some channels use photos from the 921 quake, which I think the thumbnail might be.

That's right. I used to live in Hualien (my second home) and I recognized that area just from seeing the sidewalk across the street. It was ONE building tilted. The poster should be banned for deliberately spreading sensational misinformation.
