You don't have to submit health insurance on your visa appointment date. You have to show that when you go for passport submission

Just a few questions -
1) Where and how to give B1 and B2 exam?
2) When where and how to apply for Studenkollieg (sorry if I spelled that wrong) program?
3) Who trains us in the Studenkollieg program?
For B1 and B2 exam is quite hard and advanced levels so u need to be really flexible in speaking.u can give ur exams in goethe institute

@@boyishsoul3516 not at all but you'll have a hard time being there not able to communicate even though your classes will be in English but your environment will be german . I'll recommend you to learn till B1 and while doing your bachelors in English prepare till b2/c1

None of the iit can beat german public university and you cant compare them as german uni are far better
Ofcourse for engineering, iit is best but when it comes to quality of education
and type of education, i this german uni are better
iits are better in placements and some other things but it also hard to enter iit.

For example: If I complete my studienkolleg from Hamburg than can I apply to Technical University of Munich.
Yes if you do a studienkolleg from a university you can apply to any university or university of applied sciences. But if you do it from university of applied science then can apply only for university of applied science

I got refused on 6 august 2019 on f1 visa now applied fr jan intake, my interview wil take place on oct ending.
