This is a tool, its already been released, there is nothing else to wait for. There will (probably) be updates to it, but you can already use it. This is a tool for other people to use. So if you see potential in it, you should just use it.

I think I was pretty calm, I think you are the one overreacting right now. I was just trying to explain what the tool is for, because it seemed like you were expecting me to do more cutscenes, which is not really the aim right now. And we do need modders to actually use this in order to realize the potential and find and fix bugs, thats why I invited you to try it.
you access these in whichever way the mod author programmed it, for the sake of the Demo scene the button has been added to the main menu (you can download the mod and check yourself)

Is it possible to edit existing scenes from season 3?
No, not with my tool. But such tools are being worked on by other people.
