This is Mr Chen Xiang , from the accent , I would think he is around beijing. He is from the line of HunYuan Taji , so I guess it would be from the teachings of master FengZhiQiang, who recently passed away. He also dose Bajiquan, there is a video of him doing xiao ja ( with taiji flavour) . I will find some more of his taiji forms and upload them here.

但是在实际格斗中，1.近身并不容易，比如拳击、踢拳、泰拳，都很重视用刺拳、步伐、蹬踹等方式控制距离。2.一击制胜很难。即使允许戳眼睛等阴招，如果对方有防备，也很难一击制胜。而且对方也会同等反击。3.在失去第一波攻击的突然性后，如果进入搂抱或者贴身缠斗状态，与柔道、柔术、摔跤、泰拳等相比，太极的技法就显得太简单粗糙了，尤其是缺乏力量对抗。

thanks for the clip. He was the head instructor in Feng Zhiquiang's Hunyuan Taiji school in Beijing when Feng was alive.
