your youtube channel name should be changed into something which integrate all community of nepal instead of saying "mali". if you do interview on Nepal Bhasa then Mali samaj is approriate name but you are doing in nepali . you deserve more in my opinion, even though your research is good you are not getting any subscriber because it specify one community.
