      All the people involved got threatened, blackmailed or bribed or are part of the network. To do a fair investigation all the lawyers, judges, prosecutors need to be from outside the state to be independent. It's not going to happen.

      Let's hope he suffers some consequences in Georgia cause he sure as hell ain't going to suffer them in Tennessee. That's appalling. He can afford $1000 an hour lawyers and has enough money to intimidate a local government into dropping the charges against him.
      He thinks Daddy's money makes him immune to the law. He's wrong but I hope it doesn't take murder before he learns it.

      100% agree that this man needs to be stopped. It's so convenient that HE'S the victim and that the tables have turned. What a twisted, dirty man. I just wish these judicial officers and politicians would stop playing poker and remember why they are in their stations: to protect society.

      lawyers sell access to judges. That's exactly what happened here. I don't know what it cost Chase, but I'm going to guess it would buy a new German automobile.
      Did the judge take a bribe? Almost certainly not. These creeps do favors for each other all the time. Now, if the judge loses his reelection or resigns, then you can bet this lawyer's firm - or some firm - will hire him because of all the favors he's done for them.

      It's very difficult for many parents to accept this kind of thing about their kids. I've tried to talk to my parents about bad things I did in the past, like being horribly mentally abusive to literally all my ex-girlfriends for example, and they often wont accept it from my own mouth. It's weird. They just say I'm misremembering or exaggerating or down play what I say. It's weird to be gaslit as to not be the bad guy in the situations.

    I taught my daughter that if a man lays hands on her she must assume the very worst. I taught her how take one of his most needed senses. Specifically, go for the eyes and ONLY the eyes. A blind man is no threat to anyone and it makes his face marked for easy ID. Just damaging one eye will cause the other eye to go sympathetically blind temporarily. Anything will work, fingernails, a pencil or even dirt off the ground. Nothing else is more effective than blinding an attacker. It stops them all, druggies, insane people, drunks, doesn't matter. This ain't no game. Go nuts on his face. Then run. Taught my wife the same too.

    • @ScoW71419
      @ScoW71419 Рік тому +5

      Great advice!!! I was an amateur boxer back in the day, and taught my daughter pretty much the same thing. Don’t waste your time attempting to kick an attacker in the nether region, too difficult to be that accurate. Instead, take those finely polished nails and go total wild cat on his eyes.

    the secret to, as a DA, not seem to make deals is to not drop a case with a quid pro quo about a civil case. take them both to court and let the courts decide.
    - dont even stop for gas in fulton county, judge manning.

    Great content. But I would suggest you practice your reading and delivery more. There’s several pauses while you try to read and the delivery suffers tremendously.
    And you’re wrong sbout judges not being able to waive the 12 hour rule in Tennessee. Elected judges still can waive it if they talk to the victim and perpetrator.
