May i know in Japan where can play wingfoil ? Summer season have good south west wind ?

Southwest blows when there is low pressure in the Sea of Japan and in thermals. Cross onshore Shonan area with waves.
However, until August, the bathing area will be set up and there will be ropes and buoys on the sea, so beach breaks will not be available. Please be careful at the beach.
