- Sky News host Caleb Bond has taken aim at the “totalitarianism” of a Brazilian Supreme Court judge ordering an investigation into X owner Elon Musk.
Elon Musk faces an investigation over his refusal to take down some accounts on X.
“It’s totalitarianism,” Mr Bond said.
“It’s the same as controlling the media - social media is another form of media.
“When the government starts dictating what can and cannot be said, you have no free speech - when you have no free speech, you have no other rights.”

If you journalists knew 10% of what this judge in Brazil has been doing in the last 5 years, you would feell a bit of the disgusting that the brazilians feel for this guy. He cannot go to a coffee shop without having 10+ armed guards around him. Just like a dictator.
The investigation case in what he puts Elon Musk was open 5 years ago by themselves (the supreme court), without the participation of the prosecution authorities. The case never closes and he keeps adding more and more people in. While the law says an investigation case can not last more than 6 months. I would write a long text here if I describe a half of what he has been doing. But, when he fall, we want for him the due process, that he has denied to ordinary people, even elderly people.

The only way out, by Constitution, is an impeachment process of the so-told judge of the Supreme Court, through the Senate. But the Senate is not doing so, because the parlament crimes are judged by the Supreme Court.

Brazil current government is Worker's Party (left wing) and all judges from supreme court are affiliated with them. Today's situation looks a new era of dictatorship using illegal power to censorship the population and their political enemies. The brazilian citizens are afraid to use social media to express their opinion, and give critical views in the internet about the political government because high court judges are using federal police force to make arrests and spread fear against anyone that dares to go against their system. It is good to remind that the left wing were in the power before, and they were responsible for the biggest corruption scandal in the Brazil's history, and were elected again due to dubious voting count system (they frauded) and manipulating/brainwashing poor people by giving them monetary aid/food.

You can end have full law support or full law weight on you back depending on these.
