Did the seat fall off or take itself off, because it just disappeared.
it seems many here, including myself (helping a friend), are hung up on the seat removal aspect of getting to the battery and sure enough its the main part of the vid' that's missing. in addition many comments are relative to removal of the seat (how to) and no helpful response has been given from what i can see. kinda sorta makes the whole thing pretty damn useless. if your scooter is at all similar to the one I'm dealing with (Fortress S425) this here link may be of assistance ...

We have a apex rapid & cant get the cover off to change the battery can you help please ?
probably screwed together, and the apex batteries are smaller than the ones in the video. Probably better to go to a shop and get them fitted and recycled - mine cost £100 with a guarantee

thinking project through from start to finish. ? would have revealed , FIRST?? you remove seat. thusly. but nice try though. explain diff types of batteries. why gel ones should be used. not liquid acid car type. would be informative to duffers.

A bit complicated. A scooter with an external charger is much simpler.
check that you aren't in free wheel mode your beeps are coded

hi I have am rascal 388l and it won't go it keeps beeping the batteries are fully charged why won't it move.
It's in neutral, should be a lever at the back or side to put into gear.
