Girl you need to get a chomchom. They work so much better than lint rollers, and it’s reusable so you don’t have all that waist from the roller sheets. It also works anywhere a lint roller would work. I use mine for my bedding, furniture, blankets and clothes. Another reusable option for cleaning pet hair off bedding and clothes is a pair of rubber dish gloves with the little scrubbing nubs on the fingertips. You just put them on and run your hand down the item. It gets all the hair and puts it in a little pile at the bottom of the item and then you just pull it off and throw it away. But the chomchom is by far my favorite because it traps all the lint and fur in a little compartment and every few days, you just empty it out.
So I try to reset every Saturday, since I’m off on the weekends. Get my house cleaned and reorganized, relax on Sunday and do a little self care on Sunday before starting back to work on Monday… this is exactly what I needed to get me motivated for today’s reset.
You should buy a window cleaning kit for your big glass top table in your closet. It’s a fuzzy microfiber roller and a squeegee. You just take some hot water with dish soap, put the roller in it, scrub the whole surface and then squeegee it onto a dry cloth. It’s so much faster than using a paper towel and windex and you don’t end up with any streaks or dust left over from the cloth you used. I use mine on my windows, inside and out, and all my glass and mirrored surfaces in my house. It seriously cuts down the time it would me to clean with windex by more than half. I clean my big bay window, inside and out in under 2 minutes.
I have a system to declutter my clothes every 6 months. I start out by turning around every hanger in my closet. As I wear and wash things, I put them back in the closet the right way. After 6 months, I go in and pull out everything that was still hung backwards and donate everything that I don’t have a sentimental attachment to or that isn’t an occasion item. I also do a swap when I buy new clothes. So for every new item I bring in, I donate one item from the same category.
You should get one of those tiny bed sweepers they have them on those weird TikTok videos of people sweeping their beds 🤣 I’ve been wanting to check one out !

To remove the water rings on your coffee table, get a damp towel and run an iron on low to medium heat a few times over and they’ll disappear! 😊💗
