Actually Orochimaru can die multiple times because of the curse mark that he uses on people, not only the curse mark gives people more power but it also a backup for Orochimaru, just like in boruto with the Karma Marks. So in a way he can come back to life everytime but I believe he can only do that once per user meaning if he uses Sasuke's curse mark as a backup he cannot use Sasuke anymore, Sasuke would still be alive just like when Sasuke was fighting Itachi but I think he won't be able to do it again. Unless if he finds someone else that is compatible with the curse mark.
