agree with all you say in description for Shiva FLB. its half baked, meh, having 2nd ougi with high charge atk mod but normal cap is cringe, he is solid attacker if you somehow didnt have like Luffy FLB that able to standup his own by 4-5 times charge atk but thats it. the most funny and Pog momment was shiva able to cut his own cd but in 2nd ougi he lost that abillity wahahaha whats the point. i thought april fools was kinda earlier that suppose to be
Auto 4th skill activation every turn gets annoying tho. Also if you don't have Micheal it's not even worth it. I rather use Luffy. I find Shiva's flb lacking.
How your damage and HP so high? i only lack belial summon, i have michael but michael wep not flb and ultima wep so i use seraphic wep instead and my damage and HP so low
