hi becky ¨̮ for bath tubs (& showers without handheld parts) i carry a large hard plastic cup in my cleaning kit & fill the cup from the tub faucet to rinse the tub after wiping it with cleaner. also getting an extendable scrubber will help save your back ♥️
Personally my bath tub that is separate from my shower actually has its own shower hose that sets into a hole in the side of the the outer wall of the tub right by the tap and water control nob, and there is a detachable panel on the very outer walls exterior. So the hose itself goes into the hole on wall of the tub, and is stored inside while not in your hand.
BUT I do know that they make shower heads that attach to a tap like yours or a sink tap. So even if you got one that was small to rinse it down when you’re done cleaning, I think would definitely be worth looking into. 😊 I just absolutely love your videos and channels and insta lol and I’m super duper stoked to see baby number 4 🩷 (also super excited for Hazel to get a sister 💕❣️) ❤
I usually keep a large plastic cup like a big big gulp or something a little stronger in the bathroom with my cleaning supp. I feel that up as after I'm cleaning the tub and splash it around the tub protecting the edges where the water might spill off with a towel

We moved into our current home last summer and I had the same dilemma with a bathtub that does not have a shower in it. I spray and wipe everything down with a cleaner and then turn on the bath tub water and use a big cup to fill up and rinse down things. The shower head was way easier for sure hahaha. Good luck!

Becky, put a plastic drinking cup or small pitcher in bathroom to rinse tub out.
Also Walmart, Lowe's or Amazon have showerhead/hose combinations for your showers. They come with a variety of fixed shower heads to choose from and most run between $30 to $50.
I highly recommend these for every shower for ease of rinsing after cleaning.
Thanks! Yes! We will definitely be changing out our shower head and the rest of the faucets throughout the house, just one thing at a time 😆

I like the DIME beauty products also! For bathtub - I have dollar store pitcher to fill up with water to rinse off any product or residue. Also shower door - RainX spray on it helps to bead up the water (like on a car windshield) and reduce water spots. I also have a small window squeegee to use after every shower on the doors.

It was funny to me that you didn't know how to clean your new tub in this new situation. 🤭 Welcome to the world of people who have a bathroom cup 😊 You just get a cheap, plastic cup that's designated for the bathroom and use that to rinse your tub. Or shower, too, if you don't have the hand-held shower head.

Well 5hat a rough one , you could buy a hand held shower head for your shower with a longer tube on it and just bring it around to rinse the tub I saw a lady on a different video , great video today can't wait for the next !!!

Pro tip from somebody who also doesn't have a shower head for bath tub - Rinse it using a bowl or a bucket.

I usually have to wipe or scrub my tub and I keep a small pitcher in my bathroom closet so I can fill and splash on walls and tub to rinse off since my shower head doesn't come off.
I use a plastic kitchen measuring jug to rinse out my bath (they cost about 50p)😂🤷♀️I love the new house so much ❤ You’re looking great

Becky, the house is coming right along. I had the exact tub/shower, and I cleaned it with the soap I didn't use with a scant amount of water. I used a long-handled brush to scrub it with.

In regard to cleaning your bathtub we just just used an old cup to rinse with the clean water.

Great idea on the due date, my 1 was 21 days overdue, my 2 was 7 days overdue, and my 3 was 28 days overdue I was done lol. I wanted home birth my husband was not comfortable with it at all, I did get to go natural so no meds to the baby I took that for the win. Bedroom looks get a little each day you will get there make decisions slowly then you won’t do it twice. Take care and stay safe.

I would be overwhelmed with all the space in that house, especially the bathroom. I don't wear make-up at all. I can fit everything my partner, my son, and I use in 1 draw and shelves we hung up in the shower. I use our cupboard for my sons bath toys 😅
I've declutteted so much that the space I have for storage in my house is half empty lol

Rinse first then clean and rinse again you can always use a cup or something to rinse the tub and invest in tub shower wand it will save your back

Im a house cleaner for the separate bathtubs I use a huge plastic measuring cup with a handle from the dollar store (i broke it again though so im going to get one of those plastic watering cans instead like the ikea PS 2002 watering can) and a magic eraser and I scrub the tub and then use hot hot water and rinse with the measuring cup and then I go around the outer edges with a cloth and wipe all the dust and hairs so I don’t flood the floor on that side. Hopefully this makes sense 😅❤
As an irish person i cant fathom the amount of sheets shes putting on the bed befire the duvet... we only have one sheet we put on then the duvet!! 😮😮😮

I am basing these suggestions merely on what I saw and heard you say in this video, so maybe I'm way off here :p but for your bedroom I thought, if you want to keep that crisp clean look you could look at console tables with glass? And perhaps if you did find yourself wanting to add some form of decor without making it feel too 'full' you could consider something like a large glass floor vase and add just a few (fake) twigs or pampas grass or something like that :)

Hi! Can't remember if you plan on buying a dresser and nightstands for your room?
Get a big cup or pitcher and fill it up with the water from the tub and pour it over the tub until you feel like your cleaner’s all rinsed out
I use a bucket to clean my tub I find it t be the easiest way to get the cleaner off
Try to get you a tall Cleaning mop to Clean the tub so you're Not bending too much and after you Clean the tub just turn on a Little water to Rinse it, 😀

I use Dettol diluted to clean everything including the bathtub. It can also be used for cleaning wounds so I don't worry if there's any residue left because it's not going to harm us.
My momma always scrubs the tub with a sponge and then she uses a cup to rinse it out
I think bigger nightstands would look better, I also don’t like clutter in my bedroom.
