Yes, it will. My buddy Brian just got it today and it works with his DDJ-SR, so I am sure it will work with a (your) SX. Since the DDJ-SX does not have SEND/RETURN connections, you would need to connect the DDJ-SX master out to the RMX-1000 input. The RMX-1000 output would go to your powered speakers, or amplifier with speakers. In this case you need to make sure that the signal level switch on the RMX-1000 is set to 0+dB setting. Keep in mind that with this setup, you will be apply the effects to anything that is outputting from the DDJ-SX. Hope this helps!
lol at this thing ...i'd much rather continue to watch dj's that focus on doing just as or more interesting & skilled things with 2 decks & vinyl , control vinyl, or just a controller. this thing is overkill & hype ... & oh yea ... waiting to make pioneer another $1000 each from all the wannabees with money to burn...
The RMX-1000 works with all controllers, cdj's, or vinyl, pioneer or not.
Such a fun and creative device.
