It depends, my entire process of giving the interview and getting the offer letter took just 2 days, it depends on the project requirements at that moment
I don’t think you left Accenture because of hr response problem, it was because you got better offer from other company. Your move was correct. But if you changed it because of HR nature, I think the move was wrong. Why? - your role should have attracted you more than the recruiter behaviour... Your compensation should have attracted you more than the recruiter behaviour… I know it’s not that cool to talk about money.

Hi, I received an offer letter immediately after my HR round on 10 March. Over the call we discussed the joining date as mid of May post my notice period and she agreed to. But in the offer letter she has mentioned 16-March. I asked the HR to change the date as discussed before, and she said yes. Yes, I did follow up with the HR and the talent coach. I didn’t get them on call so dropped an email. Since it was the mistake from their end they apologised and gave me the revised offer letter with the new doj. Thanks

Don't go with just name of the companies look out the profile which best matches your requirement and in case both are same then look out which company is having project assigned for you so that once you join you should start working without wasting time

Going to state only facts here. You said u left Accenture because the recruiting team did not respond to you. It took me exactly six months from to time I got selected to my onboarding. Here the recruitment team is not at fault. Accenture always does mass hiring and in 3-4 phases. Every phase has around 20+ batches with 400+ students in each batch. So it's obvious that it's gonna take time. Everything needs patience. You said you left a week before your onboarding and you say it's your dream company. Accenture is one of the best top 5 IT companies in the world and sadly you left this golden opportunity.

you just follow with them otherwise they wont remember and get the updated date email as soon as possible

I have cleared Accenture assessment round, but in interview no one picked me up from the lobby on 2nd feb 2022, i have raised ticket twice for rescheduling they have replied we will let you know prior to two weeks before interview, but it's been more than a month still haven't received rescheduling mail, should i keep the hope that they will reschedule my interview or should move on?

This is supposed to be done when you actually have the OL in your hand but in my case it was not that happen. So how am I supposed to be considered as a black list candidate?
