I apologize for the audio. I'm not sure how to edit out the air conditioning sound in the original video.
wow this lady is in her 90's so much grace class and wisdom
Yes!!!!
Although Ms. Cicely Tyson was always a Lady she held herself in dignity and purpose. She was a fashionista, artist, started the Harlem Ballet.Theatre with Arthur Mitchell and Brock Peters. She took on Miles Davis a helped him come back to his music. This little Lady who almost lived a 100 yrs did ao much, saw so much and knew everybody who was somebody. I will miss her presence. RIP CT
Look at that couch!! I could just kiss the screen! Stage & screen talent at its finest for African American History.

Well Said!!!
Cicely the best @Ageliquelovely I'm mixed and I love my blackness.
Ms. cicely should've been the only one on that couch, because there would be no Blair Underwood or Vanessa Williams without her making the sacrifice to stay authentic to herself and the craft. So, kudos to Ms. Cicely!
Never seen a young picture of her
Oh, she was gorgeous throughout her 96 years....simply beautiful with that chocolate skin.
