Wrapping is legal but it depends on the RTO of ur area and police behaviour

I don't think it is, especially camouflage. It is only allowed for military vehicles if I am right.

You can use camouflage colours but you have to get it changed in the RC that that is the color of your bike
If RC book says black and you have a camouflage colour bike it's illegal.
1) The color needs to be updated in RC
2) Military plane green is illegal..

It is not legal in India to change the complete color of the vehicle unless updated in the RC.if caught one would be fined .it is legal in U.S and other countries .partial change in color is accepted in India.
