The advantage of this project is cheaper price psf & more spacious compared to new project surrounding. The workmanship & materials used for this project are not up to the standard of million ringgit condo.

公寓整体观感不错惟一缺点.是阳台的玻璃圍欄而且客廳往阳台之间高低階一不小心錯踏整個人往前傾的畫面尤其有小孩的家庭頓时令人冒冷汗。

回来后我才发现原来我家的阳台也算得上是一阶半的设计, 只不过因为阳台比较宽阔所以并没有这种感觉。
有朋友的client就是asia green,从我朋友那边听说quay west的空屋还有不少,the pier的销量也很差
