Configure Bandwidth Share on 1 User Hotspot
A hotspot is one of the features of MikroTik which is very popular to use to authenticate users who want to connect to our network. With Hotspot, we can apply the Shared-Users policy to a specific username and password so that it can be used for multiple devices at the same time. Even though 1 hotspot user is used at the same time, we can still do Bandwidth management so that the bandwidth allocation we have is well organized.
We can apply the bandwidth share for each hotspot user that is created. Suppose we apply a bandwidth limitation of 1Mbps for 1 hotspot user, then one hotspot user if used on 4 devices, each of which will get a bandwidth limitation of 256Kbps. If you use 2 devices, each will get a limitation of 512Kbps.
