I feel even bolder in my decision to stay pure before marriage as I have gotten older. Being a virgin at this age, is something society shuns, but I want to do things as laid out in the Bible. It hasn't always been easy, and there were times, I would avoid the topic to avoid the ridicule, but I pray for a man who values purity and truly believes that it is in God's perfect plan for us before marriage. Thank you for this prayer! Wow, only a few more days to go. I wish I had caught this series at the very beginning, but I am happy to have caught it when I did. God Bless.
We are so much alike because same... I even had a moment a few months back where I thought purity was a curse (LOL!) but someone told me "It's just like the devil to try to make you despise what God deems as beautiful and a blessing" -- that hit home hard. You've waited this long -- keep trusting God. I'm soooo glad you're here. If you missed the beginning, go back and pray those days! Get the book also... it's something that I will continue to do daily even after the challenge is over.
@@AmarisKate Wow! I felt that way at one point as well. I felt like my purity was keeping me single (b/c of course most me runoff). Yes, I intend to, I will start it all over again in Aug. :)
