That first lobster pick looked like the lobster got in a "Raw Bar" fight before he got there. That lobsters shell looked like it got a chunk taken out of it. Probably agressive trawling or something I assume

It amazes me how many leave the joint meat because it's to time consuming for them. My husband does that, too. I'm like hell, if I'm getting lobster, I'm not leaving any meat. 😂 I tried to show him how to clean a lobster, but he couldn't be bothered. We live in PA now and it's more expensive than when we lived in Connecticut for sure.

you are soooo right about “cold water - northern” vs “warm water - spiny” lobster… the “warm water” from the south is not as sweet or tender and is a bit more salty. i made stuffed lobster tail videos of both the cold and warm water, over the last few days. the hubby and I loved the cold water lobster more, but both are good. the warm water is more affordable.

This is funny because you could go to a restaurant in the united states that serves each of these menu items for at least $50 a plate as a "fancy seafood restaurant". Then you go to Korea and there is a buffet that serves hundreds of menu items for cheaper, and at 10 times the quality.
