    Amazing. The bloody trailer alone was magnificent. The digger/tractor/excavator was remarkable. The quick connect and the gimbal allowing the bucket to manoeuvre through all those angles was class.
    Patent it, build it, sell it. I’ll order one.
    A true engineer.

    I work with alot of heavy machinery and alot of it is basic parts until you get into the newer stuff with computers. I work in asphalt paving and most pavers you could buy most parts from a farm store and metal supplier. This is an awesome build. I haven't made it through all your videos and maybe you have covered it but I would like to see your cost and time rundown. I love watching people make a plan and just get out there and build what they want or need. Just awesome!

    6,3cc pump at 2000rpm drives rototilt,am I right? , tell me what kind of hydromotor drives rototilt, how much cc, and how much is gear ratio of vorm drive( i counted 1/27 on video). you inspired me to make home made rototilt too
    thank you very much

    • @ASPIRE5742G
      @ASPIRE5742G  8 років тому +3

      Almost right.. I have a 5cc/rev pump for the rotortilt, there is a gerotor motor, type danfoss omm 20. 20cc/rev. it is a chain betwen motor and worm shaft, its ratio 1:1.. the worm gear ratio ratio is 26:1. gears module 4. both the worm and worm Wheel have axial and radial needle bearings!..

    • @algir2kas
      @algir2kas 8 років тому +1

      thanks bro. I am trying to chose hydromotor for my vorm reductor (from scrach), I have two one 1/40 and another 1/20, and my excavator main mump is 32cc /on 1500 rpm.. After your answer, I think to have to mount another smaller pump for rototilt drive 10 cc or 6 cc, for normal rotation speed.
      your bucket rotates 360 about 5sec?
      thanks again
      P.S. chain drive for smaller rototilt box?

      @@cinemaverite2179 этот вопрос опускается. Я в Ютубе увидел фронтальный погрузчик мультион 10.8. Стоил он 3,5 голый. Я сделал похожий за 400 примерно. Он уступает по ТТХ итальянцу в 2 раза. Сейчас нужен миниэксковатор, посчитал бюджет, сроки и купил бу, восстановление до состояния конфета заняло неделю работы. Но такой эксковатор как на видео обойдется точно больше мульта по детально. Тут Патрокла мосты только 100тр стоят по низу рынка бу. ОПУ 50, дизель 100, колеса 50, гидравлики на 500 и не хватит....
