Is it hard to build a home in Healdsburg? Maybe slow build. Permit department and fees? I saw land I can afford, with utilities. I have a background around builders, I liked it there when I visited long ago, and had a life changing event, so going in a circle would be so poetic.
Healdsburg city is easy to work with. the great thing is you can just walk in and talk to them! Check out our video on the cost of building if you haven't already
David, give it a rest. It takes much more than vineyards to make a person feel like they live in Italy while in Healdsburg. I'm a Bay Area native. My wife is a native Italian. Healdsburg has many fine qualities, but comparing it to Italy is just nonsense.
