This is so much harder in the failed. Pumps have usually been leaking a long time. Broken rusty bolts, rusty seal plate, seized impeller. Thanks for showing us I use the steps though.
I have one to do that was last done in 2006. It won’t be this easy. The rusty crusty ones are the most fun. You skipped the part about replacing the brass sleeve to the new stainless steel sleeve.
What I see in other video was to joint with the part with the springs the side of the motor have a Allen screw and the other side of the pump another Allen screw and bolt it with the 4 bolts
Where do you find the seal part#? I work in a very old facility and alot of the models and serials are weathered, I was just wondering if I was looking on the right places.

The shaft lock is not supposed to come off then?! I was having so much trouble trying to take that damn thing off

If it's a B&G Pump, you can look it up by the model number
