Wano doesn't immediately gain freedom ( Probably cause Big Mom or any new character took control over it. Also because Toki had already told that after 20 years Wano will gain freedom) and Luffy awakens his fruit and Gear 5, Ace will also be present as he had promised Otama.
The damage done by smile fruits will not be undone as kaido was alive before the war. At punk hazard Law and Luffy form alliance with Law to defeat Big Mom as Caesar works for her. The rest part remains the same

It's also a really good continuation of this storyline but I think Luffy ek aisa character hai jo hamesha flow ke saath chalna pasand karta hai. There were many instances jab Luffy and crew always marne waala tha but Luffy never stopped for training to think wo apne Adventures ko rok kr 2 saal training nahi kart and apne adventures ko continue karta apne normal attitude ke saath ki jab problem ayegi tab dekhi jayegi as it always worked for him before Ace's death.

I think that either garp or shanks will definitely train luffy for new world bcuz they can't let their pupil die , and after being trained by 2 legends luffy would have been even stronger and then after the death of kaido big mom will definitely try to take over wano and she would , we wouldn't have gotten WCI bcuz luffy would have been strong enough to defeat doffy easily so , momo and his samurai would have met earlier and they will straight go to wano after dressrosa momo would not have gotten his adult form , ( fish man island , punk hazard story will have no change ) , luffy debatively could have beaten big mom on his first encounter in wano ( big mom's reign over wano ) and he wouldn't have gotten G5 which is a big problem
All this would be true but the only issue is that Luffy would not pause his adventure and give his 2 years for training. This only happened because his brother died and he was in despair. If he would still be alive, Luffy would just continue his journey. Plus Shanks wouldn't train him as Luffy wouldn't accept it from his, not when they made such a promise and Garp would never do that as he's a Marine and he wouldn't leave that position and being a Marine and training a pirate is not possible

I don't think the fight between whitebeard and shanks would have been long as both of them are very smart pirates and know what their target was. on the other hand I don't think whitebeard would let his ego take over his aim of saving ace and shanks is no fool to get his crew get hurt just for his ego as well. They would clash for a bit but eventually come together to save ace.

woow, you tried your best but well it won't happen at all....as in if shanks arrive marineford with the purpose of saving ace, then he won't meddle with whitebeard's crew at all but would maintain his distance and counter the dirty tricks played by the marines and akainu...as 2 admirals (specially kizaru and warlords) would be busy with shanks crew and whitebeard would deal with akainu.... and at this point Garp and sengoku would join the fight and marines would be devastated...(shanks entry would be very late after whitebeards entry as his prefers to watch and analysis the situation from far and when whitebeards crew starts lossing their edge than his starts interfering from sides and his main focus would be to get ace out of their so he would join the main fight and his crew would stall other powerful characters meanwhile Luffy saves ACE....
And we get to see Mihawk and Shanks clash... Blackbeard won't even appear there)

Whitebeard wouldn't let him for his own honour as a newbie (Which shanks is id think about WB and his era diff) saving his son is something he wouldn't accept no matter what and going back from Marineford would be a huge dent on Shanks' honour so he wouldn't step back either and it would cause a conflict which would turn into a fight
