Umm no dlq first came out with the game it was later that the locus was released, dlq was the first sniper you unlock. Locus came later when locus cosmos was released. Artic was pretty much the sniper you unlock after the dlq.
I think Rytec AMR is slightly better than locus It has a better larger hitbox and faster fire rate + longer range If you think about BR, it is better Anyway, they're not very different
