Look at 0:21 where he wipes his nose, also look at his eyes, his face. Then 0:38 - again the way he looks. I think he is totally stoned here. This is just a conclusion, I really like him, one very special, intelligent, warm, talented and goodlooking person...

Does anyone here know anything about River's political views? I once happened to read he sang with his band at Clinton's campaign rally in 1992. I hope that doesn't mean he implicitly stood for Clinton's warmongering policy, does it?
I seriously doubt he would.. my personal opinion is, had he lived he would be extremely against clinton, bush, obama warmonger politics. But of course IMHO.
