@@LifeWithAdi_ thank you! I like the health side as well but since it is a remote position, we are micromanaged all day as we have to be on camera as well as sell policies for the marketplace. I want to explore my options with life insurance as well as Medicare. I have two interviews today-one for life, and one for Medicare. Keep the videos coming!

I’ve been following you (on my other channel) because u ‘keep it real’ and I’m interested in finding out where the state of the notary business is (in your opinion). I started following you when you were still in California (which is where I am).
You seemed busy, and bc u were in Texas u were able to do online notarizing. What happened?? I thought for sure that you got your ROI in the notary business. I am now about to take the leap (I have purchased everything;printer, scanner, biz cards, etc.). But I’d like to know what changed your mind on the notary business?? Thank you! ❤️ I’m just a super busy mom lol and I need to have something that I can do with flexible hours. With RON, it didn’t work out because I have no clients coming in regularly. The notary biz had to stop since I’m a full time stay at home mom, I can’t be driving around all day and no babysitter. After so much effort to run ads, and getting lots of calls from people that I couldn’t get as clients really sucked and as a mom and business owner I had to do what’s best for my situation. 😊
Nothing wrong with the Notary biz, but for someone super busy and no babysitter to help I can’t do it anymore 🫢
I understand. So you can do the RON as long as they come in (via referrals, etc.)--be sure to remain an active notary. I’ll continue watching your achievements. I know you’ll be a great asset in any field!!! Cheers

Hi Adi, thank you for your helpful videos! I am looking into getting licensed! I am not sure if I should go for the license that allows you to sell both medical insurance and life insurance. Have you looked into selling medical insurance? What are your thoughts on that?
I hear good things about it but I’m so go used on the life insurance part that I don’t see myself getting into the medical side but I see other agents killing it in health insurance!

I never started notary although I passed the course & just needed to be sworn in b/c the state had no evening appts. I wanted to get experience before quitting my job.

So I've seen some scary things about FFL selling bad leads, any comment or experience with that?
They have a lot of different vendors they use for leads, when I see those videos it’s hard to tell what company they bought them from, how long ago…the FCC passed a law this year that buckled down on all leads being sold and cannot be resold on the market to other agents. That’s what ppl call a bad lead. I get it. But for me, my leads have not been bad…some ppl are rude but they know they put in their info to request a quote in the past 6 months or so.

Hi Adi, the online training course you took through Kaplan, which package did you go with? There are a few to choose from. Also, did you get your life insurance license only, or health and life?
I got the essential package it was $289 plus tax. I only have my Life insurance license but I know a lot of agents have both, I might get Health next year 😊
