Many people seems to complain about some service centres. But ultimately, it's upto the people running that service centre. If they have a passion for motorcycling, then the service would be good...
Feedback time! The RE service guys have one trait in common. They try to solve a problem with all their might, quickly but not more than half and hour if they could not resolve the issue, what do they do? they deny the problem completely, they tell you that you are tripping and the problem doesn't even exist. I got taste of it in second service, the service guy was newbie, he messed up my rear brakes, I went to the higher up, he acknowledged the problem and told me it would go away, it occurred because the service guy put chain lube on the brake and it will go away after riding few kms. Of course it didnt go away, had to go to the showroom once again. And long story short after giving in 20 minutes the service manager told me the problem didnt even exist and im just being delusional. In the end I have to get the rear brake shoe replaced from outside and the problem went away. This issue was also raised by UA-camr Anurag Salgoankar.

only wish if all the service centers actually did this. torque wrenches are a joke at the service centers near my place. RE should focus on more service centers and ensure protocol is followed while servicing the bike

I booked an interceptor 650 last month and it’s tentative delivery date is on 6 January 2025 and today the dealership said that the bike has discontinued (on hold until the new interceptor 650 arrives, also it may be next year mid/ probably they dont know he added, and classsic 650 launch and many more to launch so they dont know the exact month) and I wont be getting it.. why accept the booking if couldn’t delivery the motorcycle itself.. That’s playing with consumer rights.. Violation of consumer rights. I didn’t expect this from Royal Enfield
