🙁HAIR FALL: Could be due to stress, improper diet, certain medications, not trimming hair on time, etc. (Do show a dermatologist if it's excessive)
🤔HAIR SHEDDING: Everyday we lose about 50-100 hair strands daily so when we (curlies) brush after 4-5 days, it seems a lot. (It's normal)
😐HAIR BREAKAGE: Brushing/ combing aggressively, sleeping on cotton pillowcase or with wet hair, tight hairstyles & heat styling, hair getting stuck onto stuff. (Self curable)
📍MY VIEW ON COMB VS BRUSH?
▶️Well both had almost equal amout of shed hair. I do feel wide tooth comb could gather less hair compared to a brush.

Detangling dry hair is crazy 💀💀 it just made them frizzy
Right. But I've oiled my hair prior to detangling (so not completely dry). Also, I detangled them BEFORE washing so it won't be a problem as I'll wash and style them again

Hey.. Do you normally comb on dry hair? I have fine hair and doing cgm gets me nice curls but volume is lesser. When i comb it, my hair is frizzy but give the appearance of some volume. Which is better should I continue cgm and adjust with less volume or comb it out make it look more voluminous ( but then it looks dry)
I sometimes comb on dry hair (with oil on) other times I detangle directly in the shower with conditioner and fingers.
It totally depends on what you want, there's no hard and fast rule, you make the rules! You can use a lightweight leave-in conditioner and maybe skip on the gel (or use soft hold gels) to get the more voluminous look, mousse work well too on top of leave-in.
Another thing you can do is while styling your hair with a lightweight leave-in - use it on damp hair (for more volume) and maybe use a wide tooth comb to distribute the clumps to get that fuller look.
