Most of them have been using the cracked beta.
Maybe it has already been discussed below, but what control scheme are they using? Judging from Guile's buffering and general stance I'd go for classic, but I'm not completely sure.
Anyway also congrats to the Guile player for scoring what, like 90% perfect sonic booms :D
When you're in an intense match win or lose this game feels amazing and looks amazing, I only have 1 complaint and that's having to play ppl who are just as skilled if not more skilled but pick Modern control anyway. I wonder if Modern will be Meta and I'm not sure how to feel about it yet.

Loving the game. Fast paced and hits hard. Love having 3 supers and the drive meter, it sort of evens things out a lil. That being said I'm going to move away rom ken I think because he still excatly where he was. Those this Guile matc up really look any different?

As of right now , literally all the pros are using classic. But if anyone is using Modern, I’ll put some kind of icon

I've seen Ken using a lot of counters. Is that a universal mechanic or is it character specific ?
It should be universal. I think countering fireballs help fill your super meter.
Are you talking about where he turns blue? That's parry, universal mechanic done by pressing both medium attacks at the same time.
