Clock Tower..."Big Ben" in the bell in the Tower. (i lived in Bolton, just north of Manchester and would travel to London like every other weekend via train. i LOVED living there!)
I was T Kensington in 1999 only just short 2 years after Princess Diana passed and it was still so full of her memory, especially Kensington

UK resident here - really love your video 😊….just FYI - Big Ben (or The Elizabeth Tower to give it its real name - Big Ben is the bell inside)….was not under construction, it was just being restored and cleaned - which also cost about £80 million!

Nice vlog from London. I know the feeling going back to a school where you have studied. I never did study abroad but I studied a 7 hours traintrip from where I grew up. And the few times I have been back have been so nice and nostalgic.
I don't think Big Ben was built when you studied there, but maybe some renovation. Big Ben was finnished in 1859

I have always wanted to do a daytime flight to London. I always do the over night. I stayed in the same area by Paddington when i was there in December. Great video

I’m going to london for a week in just under a month. The hotel I’m staying at is just down the road from the first one you stayed at! May not be the fanciest but it was affordable. And hey going to london for first time, How much time would you really want to spend in the hotel anyways.

@@kristinestocker, In Borough Market, some of the best places are Black Pig, Ginger Pig, Shellseekers, Pieminister (good quality, but could be filled more), Berenjak, the Oyster stall has good options, and Arabica. If you want restaurants, cocktail bars, and pubs, that’s an even longer list.
