I hv watched tumbbad. Its a outstanding movie. I mean what a creativity. Watching this movie I just amazed what the talent we have in bollywood. But as usual 'good films' don't achieve that hight in our country.

I saw Guzaarish today after watching a video of tried n refused production n I'm blown away. It's so beautifully shot n the acting, the cinematography n direction is phenomenal.

99 is also a very underrated film. When it comes to dark humor and suspense movie, it was way ahead of its time. The actors and the story line was awesome and it deserved to be hit.
🕉🙏There was no Fb, Twitter, Insta & Tiktok when we look back to the 80's & 90's. People used to wait for the poster to see their favorite artist. If the film like Swadesh would released in the 90's, then the matter would have been different.
Bottomline : Shame on us because we first ignore and later we dont accept our mistakes but we blame the ones for showing what we really watch in theatres.

Jagga Jasoos is the first true musical movie in bollywood .....yes anurag took references from herge's work, putting easter eggs of Ray's Gupi Gayen movies, Mr. monk series and all....but it is a well assemblage of pop references and a cute story line....saswata chatterjee as Tooti Footi is my fav charactr from the movie...saswata is a gem of an actor bollywood should use him more and wisely. I like the movie

Byomkesh bakshi deserved to be hit.. In Bengali cinema it has its special significance, craze & specially we Bengalis love to watch detective films.. ♥️👍
Not only that, there was especially many Easter eggs, little details and references to the tv show and source material. It definitely deserved to be a hit. But unfortunately, Indian audiences only like Sallu Bhai masala movies 😒

And when a filmmaker in India makes a good film better than hollywood, then these blind star devotees do not understand that film, so they make up its shortcomings. And if hollywood makes a cinema on that same subject then these people quickly assume that the film is good. Because they think that if hollywood made it then it would be good. It doesn't matter whether these people have understood hollywood films or not. These idiots have never appreciated the true art of their own country, they just like the same trash, same formula movies (full of irrelevant and illogical drama, item songs, slow-mo entry, non essential action scenes, nudity, sex, etc etc.) .These idiots love these shitty movies, without any meaning.
