To be technically accurate, palm trees aren't actually grass; they are just classified in the same clade as grass - monocots. This does make them distinct from the majority of trees, which are dicots, but it doesn't make them grass. Bamboo, however, is a grass, alongside cereal grains like wheat, rice, and corn!
Some vines and flowers are also monocots, yet we don't consider them grass. This video needs to be fact checked and flagged as presenting misinformation.
