Means k agar kisi establishment ko sec 7 m register ni karaya ya agr register karaya h toh sec 8 k under revoke hogya wo registration and revoke k baad appeal ni kia ya appeal kia h lekin wo appeal dismiss hogya toh in sab cases mein woh employer ko allowed ni to employ building workers in the establishment
