Treasure on earth has no value once you pass. Only the smart ones give it little value while alive. Love and kindness to all who read this or scroll past it ❤️
The defendant acquired $16,000 instead of $6,000 total worth of items as shown in the document?! How? And why would you ever claim stupid stuff like a shower head and draperies? Those are not important items to claim, especially if someone you love passed away. I can see if it was jewelry, a collection of things, something priceless like photos, or expensive artwork. The defendant is literally getting on my nerves, as it is beginning to unfold that she was lurking only to get more money. Her story is starting to not match up. I can feel the anger of injustice boiling in the Plaintiff’s face! I wonder if his late sister got manipulated in giving her estate away to the defendant. I am so sorry for what this family has to go to.
You claim it all, no matter what. If it has a monetary value, claim it. Because, you will only receive back the portion of an item value based on condition and age. Let's say you fell in the tub. Cracked the original porcelain claw tub (originally $6000, and is 25 yrs old), broke your new led steam shower head ($175), and yanked the towel rack off the wall (basic Walmart $10 rack). Insurance may pay you: Tub $3000 Showerhead $150 Towel Rack $3 The important it's. To replace is the tub, and if you claim only that and not the other broken items, you only receive $3000. Whereas you claim all actual items broken, you will receive $153 more to go towards a new tub. Which is the important that you'd need right away.
This is sad. Happened to my husbands grandma, once she died 3/4 kids who never spoke to her nor helped her came to her house and took all the jewellery
He should've been left something by the sister. It's clear that dysfunction runs in all branches of the family. The late sister was ungrateful, selfish and a user.
@F. Aduke Femi-Babalola or just forget to update the will. As stated by others, situations change, but a lot of people don't come to updating their will, if they thought of making one in the first place.
Hard disagree with everyone calling the plaintiff mentally unstable. He's obviously hurt by what's happened and I think JJ is about to sniff out some bs about the defendant in pt3.
I can't believe some of you who are coming down hard on this guy. You have no idea what it's like to go through something like this. I'm sure his feelings are hurt that his sister left everything to not one of her siblings but this random cousin. It's not about the money but it's about what that indicates about who that person had valued. So that's one thing, but then this cousin claims that things are gone from this free property she inherited and did nothing to earn and is accusing him of stealing from the property. You are all wrong for blaming him for anything.
As a trustee for my mom, she’s still alive, I can tell you this job is not easy. Esp when talking about little items (a purse?). I try to keep track of my mom’s valuables, but she gives things away right and left, which she has every right to do. I think it was ridiculous for the woman to make the brother trustee without some compensation. Then, if he’s taking too long to liquidate the estate, the beneficiary can go after him for that. The brother should have denied the trustee position upon her death. He certainly didn’t sign up for this abuse.
This cousin is as shifty as they get. She's like a horror movie villain. You can just sense she manipulated the sick dying cousin into giving her stuff. She's texting the cousin telling her what she would like? That's not a good look at all. Instead she should be texted the cousin asking how she is doing and feeling, and asking her about what's happening to her estate should be irrelevant if you truly love them.
Judge: This isn't about your sister's death, its about the money for you. Him: No it's about my sister's death. Judge: (should say) ok then great all stays with your cousin. Done. Then see his hypocritical face change. Money grabber. Its so disrespectful to contest a will. Let those who are being rewarded get their prize, and you, who were never there really sit down.

Usually, if you perform unpaid duties for an ill person, you can ask the court to compensate you from that person's estate, before it is distributed to heirs. Something is missing from this story.
He’s very angry, as I imagine many would be. It’s not the money but the fact that his sister used him. Since she apparently cared so much for the cousin, why didn’t she not ask her to uproot her life and move in? When someone does something of this magnitude for you, it seems as if you would show some appreciation. It is a slap in the face when at a person passes the caregiver finds out that a cousin, who couldn’t be bothered, shows up just in time to cash in.
He's mainly angry that the cousin committed insurance fraud and named him as the culprit. He had to spend money to clear his name. No matter his actions, he kept getting used first as a carer then as a scapegoat.
Many times, the deceased would give someone they don’t like $1.00. This is because people can sue and question the will when they believe they have been “forgotten” for various reasons (dementia, psychological reasons). His sister purposely made him the trustee and didn’t leave him anything. It was definitely on purpose.
You will always see someone’s ‘TRUE’ colors after a death and money is concerned!.
So sad but so true. Smh

$6000 for a used sleep number bed LOL I'd be pissed if I were him too.
Treasure on earth has no value once you pass. Only the smart ones give it little value while alive. Love and kindness to all who read this or scroll past it ❤️
This guy doesn't realize that all his hissy fits and snarky comments are only proving her right.
"It's not about money, it's about what I'm owed "
Damn, he's hostile as hell! I would hate to deal with him in any way!!
We can clearly see he’s emotionally unstable
Absolutely.
Defendant is a hustler.
You are wrong! The plaintiff is a POS! She wasn't manipulative!
@@ddinottia39 judge judy definitely disagrees with you, so I wonder who's incorrect
Insurance may pay you:
Tub $3000
Showerhead $150
Towel Rack $3
The important it's. To replace is the tub, and if you claim only that and not the other broken items, you only receive $3000. Whereas you claim all actual items broken, you will receive $153 more to go towards a new tub. Which is the important that you'd need right away.
That cousin is a crook! 😮 Her face shows nothing but sadly GREED.😮
He didn’t do himself any favours in his behaviour.
This is sad. Happened to my husbands grandma, once she died 3/4 kids who never spoke to her nor helped her came to her house and took all the jewellery
When minni mouse was told to leave for talking to much she proceeds to say, oh me? Thank you! Thank you, sorry your honor.😂 girl stop talking 😂
Man he’s irritating, no wonder his sister left him nothing.
The plaintiff HATES that defendant. You can tell.
Fighting over 'ded lef' (things left by the dead).......greedy people.
One word. Greedy
Put her out. She’s annoying me. She doesn’t learn. 🤣😂
@jerryneumann6666 hi jerry. I’m well hope you are too.
@jerryneumann6666 bless your heart. prayers up for you. try to stay strong and keep your head up.🌹
The fact that he only looked after her to get some money out of her WOW HOW SICK
He should've been left something by the sister. It's clear that dysfunction runs in all branches of the family. The late sister was ungrateful, selfish and a user.
@@texan903 you gotta be the dude on this show lol that woman is dead quit speaking on her
@@releasethelightwithincyntr6629 Too late. 🤷
@F. Aduke Femi-Babalola or just forget to update the will. As stated by others, situations change, but a lot of people don't come to updating their will, if they thought of making one in the first place.
You're right, she was sick. She probably didn't do the will afterwards!!
🙌
As a trustee for my mom, she’s still alive, I can tell you this job is not easy. Esp when talking about little items (a purse?). I try to keep track of my mom’s valuables, but she gives things away right and left, which she has every right to do. I think it was ridiculous for the woman to make the brother trustee without some compensation. Then, if he’s taking too long to liquidate the estate, the beneficiary can go after him for that. The brother should have denied the trustee position upon her death. He certainly didn’t sign up for this abuse.
oh he’s BEYOND aggravating
This cousin is as shifty as they get. She's like a horror movie villain. You can just sense she manipulated the sick dying cousin into giving her stuff. She's texting the cousin telling her what she would like? That's not a good look at all. Instead she should be texted the cousin asking how she is doing and feeling, and asking her about what's happening to her estate should be irrelevant if you truly love them.
This guy is SOOOO emotionally unstable it’s sad…..He’s ready to explode at any second!!! Cannot contain himself😂
I've seen this crap over and over again. It's really sick what death and the decreased money does.
wow so many conclusions are drawn without having seen the third and last part of the case.
Judge: This isn't about your sister's death, its about the money for you.
Him: No it's about my sister's death.
Judge: (should say) ok then great all stays with your cousin. Done.
Then see his hypocritical face change. Money grabber. Its so disrespectful to contest a will. Let those
who are being rewarded get their prize, and you, who were never there really sit down.
He wasn’t contesting the will. Even at the end of this clip she tells him the landscape is changing in HIS favor
Money is the root of all evil….the Devils currency indeed.
Nobody :
His wife : "You were denied a copy"
Judge Mfn Judy : 🤦"put her out, she's annoying me.. she doesn't learn" 🤣🤣 "Not a free for all, It's an OUT, It's an OUTTY" LMAOO CRYING
Y’all are missing the point of all the money that the cousin got by saying he was fraud when he paid for everything in the house!! I’d be upset too! Cousin didn’t pay for anything but sued for damages on things that belonged to neither of thwm
It doesn't matter. It wasn't his stuff. It was part of an estate.
@@vortex_1336 so you gon easily give up stuff you bought cause it’s in an estate?
@@josephinestafford4466 Well since it's in the estate it isn't yours. If you take it it's stealing.

Someone must teach this guy that "less is more" when speaking to a judge. LOL...Who knows when this ran.
Imagine having JJ as your mom, and her not listening to anything. Shusshing you all the time!
How is the plaintiff even employed? Can’t even see him having any friends
Judge Judy is not to be played with ! 😂
He was terrible and it’s clear why the sister left him out
Wow…plaintiff and his wife are showing exactly why they were left out of receiving anything. Imagine how they were outside of court
Need Part 3
I can see right through the cousin she’s very cunning and the brother is so angry because he’s been treated so unfairly. I understand how he feels.
I don't understand every single time someone gets kicked out they don't realize they are getting kicked out. You paid attention long enough to interrupt why stop now? Lol
Wow the guy has a chip on his shoulder
Even if my sister or mother, died without living me anything while i was the one taking care of them, i would'nt give a damn ! The loss is my family, money i can have but if they're gone, there's no coming back 😢
Usually, if you perform unpaid duties for an ill person, you can ask the court to compensate you from that person's estate, before it is distributed to heirs. Something is missing from this story.
He totally did the damages. Look at how he’s acting.

I agree and I’d be angry too.
What a bitter man

$16,000?!?!?!?!, ….. and you didn’t purchase not one thing !!! But your suing for this stuff smh dismiss the whole thing
Many times, the deceased would give someone they don’t like $1.00. This is because people can sue and question the will when they believe they have been “forgotten” for various reasons (dementia, psychological reasons). His sister purposely made him the trustee and didn’t leave him anything. It was definitely on purpose.
man, he is so annoying, no wonder she didn't leave him anything.
