I built this cozy Fall holiday home with an underground cellar in Chestnut Ridge. It's built on a 20x15 lot but also fits great on the 20x20 lots in Chestnut, the 20x20 lot would give you room to add horse barrels or jumps to the lot if you so desire. Have a good day! 😊
